Baily House

Care Home in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire is a state of the art care home from the Woodleighcare Group specialising in residential and dementia care. We have been working with Woodleigh now for several years and this year we were commissioned to create a new film for this stunning home. The staff at Baily House are incredibly professional and friendly and the facilities incredible.

One of the old adages most videographers always say is “Never work with animals and children. Well when you see the miniature dachshund puppies in this film you’ll see why that’s just not true at all as these little fellas were adorable. Enjoy the film.

Baily House Care Home – The Shoot
Filming with and around senior citizens who suffer from a wide variety of mental health issues provides a number of challenges, not least it requires consideration for their confusion, putting them at ease, being un-obstructive and not creating a stressful environment for them so we kept the equipment to a minimum shooting from a distance and zooming in for the shot.
We created a motion graphics intro with the WoodleighCare logo to give the film a little additional pizazz.

Baily House has a wonderful atmosphere and part of the brief was to catch that atmosphere. Something which the client was happy that we achieved.
