David James

David Radford and James Roys of David James Estate Agents contacted us to show their interest in Aztec Films. They weren’t specifically looking to commission us to produce them a corporate film initially. They were actually very keen to discuss property filming in general to help promote their properties for sale.
We promptly partnered with them to set up David James TV. They loved the concept so much they discussed making a short but dynamic corporate film to promote what they are about as a company. They were particularly looking for a corporate film that would show the unique way they sell properties for vendors in Mapperley, Arnold, Carlton and surrounding areas.

We took the challenge and created a fantastic short film for them to promote the company.
We featured all of their offices in Arnold, Carlton and their head office in Mapperley. Which is not only the area our offices are based in but also the stomping ground for our cameraman and editor Paul. Look out for the cameo appearance when our very own Paul Randall on the film talking to them about their great mortgage facilities.

Contents of the corporate film

The film contains pieces to camera by Shaun our presenter and interviews with the two main directors David and James as well as a motion pan of a body wrapped David James vehicle.

Do you need a film?

A corporate film can help you get higher in the search engines as YouTube is owned by google and so they prioritise a webpage with an embedded YouTube film higher then a page without one.
